Will this work on my car?
Yes — the kit is a universal 12V fit and works on around 95% of cars. If your car has a fuse box and a switched 12V accessory circuit (cigarette lighter, ACC, radio fuse), it'll work. WhatsApp us your make / model / year and we'll confirm before you order.
How long does installation take?
Realistically 1–2 hours for the basic setup (footwell + dashboard) and up to a Saturday afternoon for the full door-strip install. Our step-by-step install guide walks you through it. Free WhatsApp support during your install.
Do I need any tools or extras?
You'll need basic tools — trim removal kit, screwdrivers, a multimeter, and a fuse tap (Add-A-Fuse). The kit itself ships with the wiring harness, 10A fuse holder, ring terminal, Tesa tape, zip ties, and adhesive clips. Full tool list on our Instructions page.
How do I get the app?
The app login and pairing instructions are included on a card inside the box. iOS and Android both supported. If you've lost the card, message us and we'll send fresh credentials.
What's the warranty?
1 year on the full kit. If anything fails — flicker, dead strip, dodgy controller — message us with a quick video and we'll send a replacement. No forms, no fine print.
Can I install it myself or should I get it fitted?
Most customers do it themselves with the install guide and our WhatsApp support. If you're nervous around door wiring or airbag harnesses, a local installer will charge £80–120. Still cheaper than dealer-fit ambient packs.
